背景
- PVRIG, aka CD112R, is a cell surface receptor for NECTIN2 that acts as a coinhibitory receptor suppressing T-cell receptor-mediated signals. Following interaction with NECTIN2, PVRIG inhibits T-cell proliferation. PVRIG also competes with CD226 for NECTIN2-binding.
